On receipt and consideration of an appeal by appellant McClendon from the District Court's dismissal of his complaint under the Civil Rights Act of 1871, 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (1970), seeking, among other things, injunctive relief and damages arising from his expulsion for the balance of the school year from the Cleveland school system on the ground that, contrary to rules and regulations of the Cleveland Public Schools, he had been found in possession of a loaded.32 caliber handgun on the premises of Addison Junior High School, This court concludes from consideration of the briefs, oral argument, and the record that the judgment of the District Court should be and is hereby affirmed for the reasons set forth in the ten numbered paragraphs at the end of the District Judge's Memorandum Opinion and Order, dated November 11, 1976.
