McCloskey (licensee) appeals from the April 23, 1998 order of the Court of Common Pleas of Lehigh County (trial court) denying his statutory appeal and directing the Department of Transportation, Bureau of Driver Licensing (department) to reinstate the one-year suspension of licensee's operating privilege imposed pursuant to section 1547 of the Vehicle Code, 75 Pa.C.S. § 1547. We affirm.
